Building a Better Future: Referendum election for learning and technology needs Nov. 8

Our Osseo Area Schools community is being asked to reinvest in district schools to maintain services and address growing needs. These needs will be presented as two questions on the Nov. 8 ballot: 

• Question 1 focuses on learning: Continue day-to-day learning operations and enhance individualized learning, academic interventions, scholar mental health needs and other critical classroom supports. 
• Question 2 focuses on technology: Continue classroom learning technology, infrastructure systems and support staff. Additionally prioritize school safety and security, tools for all scholars and digital learning spaces.

Early voting starts Friday, Sept. 23. You can request an early voting ballot via the Minnesota Secretary of State website. Also on the site, check your voter registration and find your polling place location for Nov. 8.
